MBS superstars

Celebrating our team

What a year it’s been for our MBS team. We have so much to celebrate, from our SBAT graduates and award winners to our SLES participants gaining employment, and even a ten-year wedding anniversary for two employees who met right here at Mambourin!

Congratulations to Sarah and Sean

Our MBS team love to celebrate each other’s wins and milestones and we love to see it!

In October, the MBS team threw a surprise party for Sarah and Sean to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary. The couple met while working at Mambourin’s D1 warehouse.

Sean is a valued member of our Preschool Equipment team, and you may recognise Sarah’s smiling face from her time spent working on our reception desk a few years back. She is now a member of the team at our D3 warehouse.  Congratulations Sarah and Sean!

Earlier this year we announced that MBS would be partnering with social enterprise SendAble, to provide employment pathways to the people we support in our SBATs and SLES programs.

We’re excited to share that SLES participants Cindy, Shakaya, Nor and SBAT Mason all interviewed for positions at SendAble and were successful! They will begin working there in the new year.
