The Mambourin Board is pleased to announce the appointment of an outstanding candidate as Interim CEO, Jo Swift.
Jo has been working in the not-for-profit sector for 20 years, supporting vulnerable people across Victoria. Her passion for equality and inclusion has also seen her on a number of boards including start-ups, social enterprises and peak bodies.
On accepting the position Jo said, ‘I applaud the great work of Mambourin and look forward to working with the team as the organisation enters its next exciting phase.’
Jo commenced the role on Monday 3 April, to allow for a handover ahead of Rohan Braddy’s final day on Thursday 6 April.
Jo is currently engaged as Interim CEO for up to six months. This will allow the board sufficient time to conduct an extensive search and selection process for recruiting a permanent CEO.
